How (and Why) to be Happy

Time: Wednesday, January 11th, 2012. 6:30-8pm.
Location: Robbins Library Community Room. 700 Mass Avenue, Arlington MA (directions)

The search for true and lasting happiness is what all of us really want, and the motivator of everything we do. But we often mistake true happiness for something ephemeral and superficial. True happiness cannot be found in money, relationships, professional advancement, or vacations to exotic places. It must be found within and must be cultivated through an authentic spiritual practice.

A free talk, open to the public.
